In Spain, the binomial recorder and harpsichord is still frequently associated with a historicist repertoire and, specifically, with the Baroque. These great interpreters come
together to create a programme that meanders between the past and the present. They effortlessly alter this initial association and they demonstrate how, of all the instruments
used in this type of music, the recorder and the harpsichord are the ones that have perhaps best managed to forge a new path in the 20th and 21st centuries, in favour of music devoid of frontiers between tradition and modernity.
