Tuesday - Sunday:  10 am - 8 pm. Closed on Mondays, January 1st  and 6th, May 1st, December 24th, 25th, 31st. Special opening hours on January 5th
The exhibition halls will be emptied 15 minutes before closing time

MIRADOR MADRID. OBSERVATION DECK  
Tuesday - Sunday: 10.30 am - 2 pm / 4 pm - 7.30 pm. Last admission: 1.30 pm and 7 pm. Entrance every 30 minutes approximately. Closed on Mondays, January 1st  and 6th, May 1st, December 24th, 25th, 31st. Special opening hours on January 5th. Opening hours may vary for reasons of safety or possible inclement weather. Tickets are on sale online and in the CentroCentro box office. We kindly request visitors to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of a pre-booked activity

ACCESSIBILITY
At CentroCentro we work continuously to make our services and activities as accessible as possible to our visitors: Lifts, platforms and accessible public toilets (Floors 1, 2 and 3) for people with reduced mobility. Free wheelchair service. More information is available at the desk on the main floor (Patio de Operaciones/Floor 2) . Babychanging facilities in the toilets on floors 2 and 3.

Visiting rules and general recommendations

This building has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC, for its initials in Spanish). In the interests of everyone, visitors should behave in an orderly manner and respect the facilities.

In order to ensure your safety during your visit, we recommend that you:
- Observe and follow the access and route signage
- Respect, as the case may be, the capacity specified for each activity
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your pre-booked activity

The following are not permitted:
- Access to the centre with bicycles, skates and/or skateboards
- Access with bags, rucksacks or packages that are too large to pass through the scanner. Any such items must be deposited in the lockers on floor 1E, after they have been checked by the security guards
- Access to the Observation Deck with bags, rucksacks or similar, which must be deposited in the lockers available on floor 6E
- Access with umbrellas or sharp or pointed objects
- Drinking or eating inside the building other than in the cafeteria or restaurant
- Smoking and vaping anywhere in the building, including the Mirador
- Access with a tripod, selfie stick or monopod, or any other element used to stabilise cameras and mobile phones
- Access by members of the public whose actions may interfere or whose intention is to interfere with the normal running of the centre or event without prior authorisation
- Touching the exhibits or leaning on the display cases
- Access by children under 14 years of age unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult
- Access of animals other than guide dogs
