Visitors are required to wear a mask to access the centre.
Please use hand sanitiser before entering. Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance and other areas in the building.
Observe the recommended safety distance.
Use of lifts will be limited to that which is strictly necessary, with preference given to using stairs.
Bag storage services will not be available. Do not bring backpacks or large bags which can't be taken into exhibition halls.

If you are attending and event in the Auditorium:
Arrive early, due to the new safety protocol, access to the centre will take longer, and once the show begins, access to the centre will not be allowed.
We recommend that you have the ticket downloaded on your mobile phone to avoid contact with paper as much as possible.
Please take the seat assigned on your ticket. This will allow us to keep track of attendees at the show.

If you think that you could have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the virus, stay home. We will most certainly be able to see each other again soon.

Tuesday - Sunday:  10 am - 8 pm. Closed on Mondays, January 1st  and 6th, May 1st, December 24th, 25th, 31st. Special opening hours on January 5th
The exhibition halls will be emptied 15 minutes before closing time

Tuesday - Sunday: 10.30 am - 2 pm / 4 pm - 7.30 pm. Last admission: 1.30 pm and 7 pm. Entrance every 30 minutes approximately. At CentroCentro we work continuously to make our services and activities as accessible as possible to our visitors: Lifts, platforms and accessible public toilets (Floors 1, 2 and 3) for people with reduced mobility. Free wheelchair service. More information is available at the desk on the main floor (Patio de Operaciones/Floor 2) . Babychanging facilities in the toilets on floors 2 and 3.

Visitor Regulations and General Recommendations

It is not allowed to:
Enter the centre with bicycles, roller skates or skateboards.
Enter with bags, backpacks or items that don’t go through security scanning. During visits to the Observation Deck, bags must be left in the lockers available on floors 1E or 6E.
Bring umbrellas or sharp objects into areas where it is indicated that they are not allowed.
Drink or eat inside the building, except in the café or restaurant.
Smoke anywhere in the building, including the Observation Deck. 
Take photos using a flash, tripod or monopod.
Touch exhibition pieces or lean on display cases.
Minors under 14 years of age may not enter unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Guide dogs are the only animals that will be allowed to enter.
The building has been declared a historic monument. For everyone's sake, visitors must behave in an orderly fashion and show respect for the premises.
