Mirador Madrid

Located in the palace’s great tower and open to the public since its rehabilitation, the Observation Deck offers the visitor a privileged panoramic view of the city, a 360º perspective of the urban landscape of Madrid. 
 

Opening hours
Tuesday - Sunday: 10.30 am - 2 pm / 4 pm - 7.30 pm. Last admission: 1.30 pm and 7 pm. Entrance every 30 minutes approximately
Closed on Mondays, January 1st  and 6th, May 1st, December 24th, 25th, 31st. Special opening hours on January 5th

Getting to the Observation Deck
To access the Observation Deck you must make your way up to floor 6E, and then walk up a staircase with 88 steps. Visitors are recommended to use the stairs to enjoy the unique architectural design of this historic building and to ensure the smooth flow of visitor traffic.  When using the lifts, people with reduced mobility, physical disabilities and adults with prams have priority

Visitor Regulations
For capacity and safety reasons, waiting times may vary, although slots are generally scheduled every 30 minutes.
Minors may only visit the Observation Deck if they are accompanied by an adult. 
CentroCentro reserves the right to close or change the visiting hours without prior notice for safety reasons or in the event of inclement weather. Should the area be temporarily closed, all scheduled visits will be cancelled, and admission fees will be refunded.
